Ibuki Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Ibuki”) believes that it is an important responsibility to handle personal information properly in the course of providing appropriate business services (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”), and has established the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “the Policy”).

1.User Information to be Collected and Collection Method

In this Policy, “User Information” shall mean information pertaining to the identification of users, action history on communication services, and other information generated or accumulated in connection with users or their terminals, which is collected by us in accordance with this Policy. The user information that we collect in the Service is as follows, depending on the method of collection.

2.Provision to Third Parties

3.Shared Use

We will jointly use users’ personal information as follows

  3. Purpose of use by the shared users
  4. Name or title of the person responsible for the management of personal information

4.Disclosure of Personal Information

When we receive a request from a user to disclose his/her personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, we will disclose the information without delay after confirming that the request is made by the user himself/herself (if the relevant personal information does not exist, we will notify the user to that effect). (If such personal information does not exist, the Company will notify the user of such fact. However, this does not apply to cases in which we are not obligated to disclose the information under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations. Please note that a fee (1,000 yen per case) will be charged for the disclosure of personal information.

5.Correction and Suspension of Use of Personal Information

  1. Ifauserrequestsustocorrectthecontentofpersonalinformationinaccordancewiththeprovisions of the Personal Information Protection Law because (1) the personal information is untrue, or (2) the personal information has been handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use publicly announced in advance or has been collected through deception or other wrongful means, we will conduct the necessary investigation without delay upon confirmation of the user’s request and, based on the results of the investigation, will correct the personal information or suspend its use. In the case of a request to suspend the use of personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, we will conduct the necessary investigation without delay after confirming that the request is made by the user himself/herself, and based on the results, we will correct or suspend the use of the personal information and notify the user to that effect. If we decide not to correct or suspend the use of the personal information, we will notify the user to that effect.
  2. Ifauserrequestsdeletionoftheuser’spersonalinformation,andifwedeemitnecessarytocomply with the request, we will delete the personal information after confirming that the request is made by the user himself/herself, and notify the user to that effect.
  3. Theprovisionsof5-1and5-2donotapplytocasesinwhichwearenotobligatedtomake corrections, etc. or discontinue use, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.

7.Procedure for Changing Privacy Policy

We will change this Privacy Policy as necessary. However, in the event that the Company modifies this Policy in a manner that requires the consent of users under the law, the modified Policy shall apply only to those users who have consented to the modification in the manner prescribed by the Company. In the event of any changes to this Policy, we will notify users or publicize the effective date and content of the revised Policy by displaying the revised Policy on our website or by any other appropriate means.
